The Silver Maple is an intimate restaurant located in Frederick, MD near Braddock Heights.  Jason Routzahn, Executive Chef and Owner, is leading the local dining scene by bringing the ultimate fine dining experience to his customers.

The building is the perfect fine dining experience with private space for small gatherings, board meetings, “date” night, and for that special occasion. We also invite you to gather on our patio whether its for outside dining or to have a cocktail while waiting for a table.
